Before work starts, we agree deliverables, pricing, payment stages, dependencies, acceptance checks and any ongoing service. Client contracts are prepared separately for the engagement. Website package descriptions are starting points.

Your accounts. Our agreed access.

You retain your service accounts and recovery access. We use separate access where supported and written authority for specified technical tasks and provider liaison. You approve provider terms and financial commitments; we build, maintain and advise.

Build, test and hand over

We configure and connect the agreed systems, test the customer and team journeys, and arrange handover and training. Provider approvals and client inputs can affect timings; we separate those dependencies from the work we control.

Founder involvement and operational care

Commerce Lane is founder-led. Adnan stays involved in understanding your business, agreeing the work and overseeing delivery quality. Your customers and staff rely on the systems behind the business; that responsibility shapes how we plan support, handovers and ongoing technical work.

For ongoing engagements, we agree how issues are reported, prioritised and escalated, who owns the next action and how your team receives updates. We define the maintenance, backup, access and provider-coordination tasks we take on, alongside training and any additional technical resources needed for the scope.

Support with clear boundaries

Ongoing services specify coverage, included time, usage limits, supplier costs, renewals and how additional work is priced. There is no assumption of unlimited support or future hosting. Ownership and licensing of software, reusable components and bespoke deliverables are documented for your project.

Help with the steps around the build

Where agreed, we organise application evidence and coordinate provider correspondence. You approve commitments and remain responsible for your business decisions. Specialist legal, tax or regulated advice comes from an appropriately qualified adviser.
